My approach.

I am passionate about holistic health and wellness. I believe strongly in nourishing our bodies on a physical, mental, spiritual and social level. Nutrition should not be complex, confusing and overwhelming. Food is nourishment, yes, but it also enjoyment, ritual, and connection.

While working with me we will create a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle, goals and preferences. Our focus will be nourishing your body so it can thrive in whatever life stage you are in.
